Real-world impact. Delivered.
We do not just talk about productivity. We prove it. Our automations and digital solutions have returned 75,630 hours to the NHS, processed 4,289 clinical referrals end-to-end, and saved one NHS shared service £450,000 a year. Explore how below.

Standardising CKD referrals across North Central London
North Central London / Royal Free London NHS Foundation TrustBy deploying a clinically governed automation integrating NHS e-Referral Service with EMIS, we eliminated manual transcription errors and built a fully automated triage pathway that scales across NCL. From April 2024 to March 2026, the system processed 4,289 CKD referrals end-to-end without a clinical safety incident, returning 2,144 hours of clinical administration time to the team. A full Data Protection Impact Assessment and DCB0160 clinical safety governance were completed before a single referral was processed.
‘The TPHC Digital Productivity team worked closely with us to design and deliver this innovative solution to support interoperability between two clinical systems, facilitating a comprehensive triage process at scale across NCL. Simultaneously, it has reduced the manual burden on administrative teams, freeing them up to deliver essential workload. It has been a pleasure to work with the TPHC team, who have been collaborative and responsive throughout the project.’

Scaling HR automation for NHS shared services across North London
North London Partners Shared ServicesNorth London Partners Shared Services delivers NHS corporate services across seven trusts. Starting with a handful of individual automation processes, we provided the consultancy, process standardisation, and managed service infrastructure to grow the programme to 147 live automations spanning recruitment, employment services, and medical workforce teams. By combining automation with governance tooling, a Change Advisory Board, and continuous improvement loops, unit processing costs fell from £31 to £17 per hour, and services absorbed growing demand without additional headcount.

The Digital Productivity Platform in action at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust
Lewisham and Greenwich NHS TrustLewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust became the first NHS organisation to go live on the Digital Productivity Platform in April 2025, migrating six HR automations to our managed service. In 2025/26, the platform delivered 69,000 minutes of automated activity across recruitment, rostering, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes, releasing 0.8 whole-time equivalents for higher-value work. The relationship has since expanded across six service lines.
‘Onboarding the DPP has meant our teams have been able to remove some of the admin burden for more simple and straightforward tasks, enabling them to focus on more interesting and value-added work as well as being able to be more responsive to increased workload without significant increases in the team. We have also been able to tackle certain tasks that we didn’t have capacity for, such as ESR self-service set-ups, which are now processed in a much more efficient manner.’

Clearing a 45,143-record EPR migration data quality backlog in 35 days
Lewisham and Greenwich NHS TrustAhead of its RiO to Epic migration, Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust needed a large, repetitive data quality workload cleared against an aggressive deadline. Our Digital Productivity team deployed four digital workers, running 20 hours a day over a seven-day operation, cutting average handling time per record from 7 minutes under manual processing to 2.6 minutes, and completing the full workload in 35 days rather than the 878 days manual processing would have taken.
‘This work is a strong example of how partnership working, robust governance and intelligent automation helped support our RiO to Epic migration programme, delivering significant efficiency benefits whilst maintaining data quality and safety.’
Steven Thorndyke, Director of IT, Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust
