Filing every applicant’s finalised Trac record, automatically
A trust’s recruitment team downloads each applicant’s finalised Trac record and saves it to their e-file by hand. Different people may save it in different ways, so records may go missing or end up in the wrong place. We scope the process, build and test an automation that downloads the definitive record and files it correctly, then run it on the Digital Productivity Platform. It is one of the recruitment processes in our published automation catalogue.
