More than a vendor. Your digital partner.
We are not an external consultancy parachuting in with a generic toolkit. We are a team of NHS-substantive developers, clinical safety officers, and automation experts hosted by an NHS Foundation Trust. We have built our careers inside the same systems you are managing, and we work side-by-side with you to solve the operational challenges we have lived through ourselves.

You aren’t just a ticket number.
The Digital Productivity Platform was built from real operational problems, not a product team’s assumptions about what the NHS needs. Building it required navigating information governance approvals, clinical safety assessments, onboarding complexity, and a mid-programme technology change across multiple NHS organisations. We know what it takes because we have done it.
Because our team sits within an NHS Foundation Trust, we have navigated the same clinical risk, Information Governance, and legacy system challenges that your trust faces every day. We share your values, we operate under the same pressures, and we believe in a true partnership model.
When you work with us, you get direct access to our developers and technical experts, not an outsourced call centre.
“TPHC have been responsive to our changing needs, which has proved invaluable when undertaking a medium to long-term improvement programme of work.”Deputy Chief Nurse, NHS Foundation Trust
From discovery to managed service in four steps.
Every engagement follows the same four-stage process. It keeps you informed at every milestone and ensures deployment never disrupts your BAU.
Discovery and process mapping
We start by listening. Through a discovery call and dedicated process mapping workshops, your subject matter experts walk us through the details of your operational challenges. This allows us to accurately assess automation candidates, map your pain points, and build a robust business case.
Design and governance
We do not cut corners. Our independent Clinical Safety Officers and IG experts work with you to complete all necessary hazard logs and compliance checks before a single line of code is deployed.
Build and seamless deployment
Our developers build the automation while your team continues BAU. We establish a secure connection to your infrastructure, running rigorous User Acceptance Testing and a soft go-live. Using real transactions and close monitoring, we rapidly iterate to ensure total stability.
Managed service and continuous review
Deployment is just the beginning. We provide an ongoing managed service, monitoring operations and driving continuous improvement through regular service reviews and direct feedback loops. We optimise your workflows and share best practices.
Deep public sector expertise. Direct access to the experts.
