It’s over 18 months since Healthy London Partnership and Healthcare Consulting came together as one combined team, Transformation Partners in Health and Care, joined by the Digital Productivity team in 2023.

I am extremely proud to share our first Annual Impact Report, covering 2023/24, which gives a snapshot of our work as NHS improvement and transformation experts.

Making an impact in the health and care sector

Working with primary and community care, mental health services, secondary care, and strategic London-wide and national programmes, our results include:

  • 85% of NCL care home providers are using remote monitoring tools to detect early signs of deterioration and illness

  • The launch of London’s first HIV Confident Charter which is helping frontline public services to tackle stigma and discrimination  
  • Feedback from children with cancer and their families is helping to shape the future Children’s Cancer Centre in south London
  • Updated healthcare standards for children in secure settings in England which will improve their access to healthcare 
  • Nearly 5,000 Londoners celebrated Great Mental Health Day 2024, almost 3,000 taking part in person at 60+ events in 15 London boroughs.
