The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust needed a more robust, mobile-friendly way for busy managers and staff to record annual appraisals and manage payroll services. Our team designed and deployed a custom Power App, giving staff secure, instant access to critical forms via their smartphones and tablets.
North London Partners Shared Services: Recruitment App
We are building this app for the Employment Services Hiring Team at North London Partners Shared Services (NLPSS). The team currently tracks new starters across spreadsheets and separate TRAC reports. Keeping those sources in step takes manual effort, and makes it harder to spot a changed start date or a missed pre-payroll step.
The app is built in Microsoft Power Apps on Dataverse. Hiring and TRAC data flows in automatically, so the team works from one shared, up-to-date view.
What the app will do
- Show outstanding, allocated and completed hires in one place, filtered by team member
- Flag changes to booked start dates
- Track payroll readiness, audit checks and Smartcard set-up for every hire
- Give each team member a personal dashboard of the work that needs their attention
- Export a daily backup file to support the team’s business continuity plan
We will publish the results once the app is live.
