Project and programme management case studies

Complex programmes need the right controls without losing the flexibility to adapt. Our project and programme management consultants work across both waterfall methodologies such as PRINCE2 and MSP and Agile frameworks, setting up the governance, reporting and delivery structures that keep large-scale NHS programmes on track.

Selected as a national Prevention Accelerator site in year one of London’s city-wide cardiovascular disease prevention programme

The ‘engine room’ of a London-wide cardiovascular disease prevention programme aiming to help up to 661,000 more people access treatment for high blood pressure and cholesterol by 2030.

Net Zero Travel and Transport

We worked with NHS England to establish the first-ever Net Zero Travel and Transport team. We planned, designed and wrote the team’s first programme plan, and our delivery of it led to the real-world testing and unveiling of the world’s first zero-emission ambulance at COP26.
