In 2019, Transformation Partners in Health and Care worked to develop a strategy for the children and young people’s mental health (CYPMH) workforce with significant input from a number of partners from across the CYPMH system. Following this, we have developed a number of programmes of work aligned to attracting, supporting and retaining skilled clinicians in the CYPMH workforce, and optimising the capacity in our CYPMH services.
