Welcome
Welcome to edition 9 of Insight, our final edition of 2025.
As we enter the final weeks of the year, we are looking back at 12 months defined by substantial change in the health and care system. 2025 was characterised by key strategic shifts, including funding changes across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), the planned abolition of NHS England, and the launch of the new 10-year plan. This plan marks a profound shift, requiring every part of the system to adapt and deliver on new, long-term national objectives.
Despite these demanding dynamics, it has been a busy year of successful transformation for patients and the public across the UK. I take enormous pride in the resilience and unwavering commitment of our team, whose dedication ensures we remain on call to support our clients and partners, one transformative step at a time.
In this edition, we’re sharing several news items and blogs, including our HSJ award win, a series of powerful blogs for ADHD Awareness Month, and an update on our successful pilot project for opt-out BBV testing.
I want to offer my thanks to colleagues in the NHS and across the health and care sector who have worked tirelessly this year. And to my talented team at TPHC, who have delivered incredible work across the system.
If you celebrate, Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah, and to all, I wish you a restful end of the year and quality time with your loved ones. We look forward to seeing you in 2026.

Our 4-day ‘Empowered Leadership: Creating Inclusive and Effective Workplaces’ training has now been CPD-accredited.
