The Transforming Primary Care Programme team has produced these additional resources to help you share information about the Next Steps to the Strategic Commissioning Framework.
The Next Steps to the Strategic Commissioning Framework sets out our vision for strengthening general practice collaboration across London. The framework aims to support practices across the capital to identify, create and build collaborative arrangements that can be adapted to meet their needs to deliver primary care transformation. It has been developed in partnership with London clinical commissioning groups, the Londonwide Local Medical Committees and overseen by the Primary Care Clinical Cabinet.
These additional materials can be used to support your work to promote the framework and share best practice.
