Anna Freud Centre – Supporting Staff Wellbeing
As part of the Schools in Mind website, the Anna Freud Centre have developed a leaflet regarding looking after the wellbeing of school staff.
The leaflet can be downloaded and printed from their website. It gives a range of advice and guidance for school leaders.
Education Support Partnership
The Education Support Partnership is a charity that provides mental health support to all education professionals. There is a free helpline for staff to call on 08000 562561, which is available 24 hours per day all year round. They also provide a range of materials for staff to download. In addition, there are materials for school leadership teams on supporting staff.

Improve teacher wellbeing and happiness (IRIS)
IRIS Connect provide a range of training and CPD materials available through subscription.
They produce a specific booklet on promoting the welfare of teachers.
Mental Health at Work
The Mental Health at Work Gateway is supported by MIND and also by Heads Together. It gives a range of advice to employers and to employees on how best to ensure that staff are supported and how to create a mentally healthy workplace.
Young Minds – Support for staff
Young minds offer a range of guidance on how best to support staff wellbeing as an important part of developing a whole school approach.
They also offer a one day training course for schools. Details of this are available on their website.
