DIALOG Service User Involvement
Transformation Partners in Health and Care is supporting DIALOG implementation across all Mental Health (MH) Trusts in London. Service User (SU) Involvement in the implementation of DIALOG as a patient-reported outcome measure (PROM) is critical to ensure that the use of the outcome is meaningful and supports personal recovery. This case study has been developed as a good practice document to share best practice recommendations and examples from a service user perspective to help the MH Trusts improve the way that service users are involved in the implementation of DIALOG. This document will be used by Trust staff and service user groups.
The case study has been produced by Transformation Partners in Health and Care in collaboration with service user groups, London MH Trusts and voluntary sector partners. The information included in this document has been collected from a number of pan London events and workshops with participation from experts by lived experience groups and clinical and project teams from London MH Trusts. We have worked closely with a group of experts by experience members from SLAM who have advised, refined and signed off this document.
