Strategic options appraisal for children and young people’s secure estate in England
We developed a robust options appraisal of commissioning models for NHS England’s Health and Justice Children and Young People’s (CYP) team. Our work provided senior leaders with strategic insights to inform their approach future commissioning for CYP with complex needs in secure settings. Our evidence-based recommendations had an emphasis on collaboration and partnership working with ICBs, to deliver high-quality care and positive outcomes for this cohort.
NEL Fuller system response
Following publication of NHS England’s Fuller recommendations, NEL ICP aimed to create a new vision and strategy for integrating primary care. We developed a data and metrics framework and are supporting NEL to create a new vision for integrating primary care, implement the three essential offers, and develop core workstreams.
Place-based integration in City and Hackney
We provided strategy and programme support to City and Hackney CCG in North East London (NEL), for over three years, to strengthen collaborative working and accelerate out-of-hospital partnership programmes around local strategic priorities.
Exploring using movement in Talking Therapies for better mental health care
Sport England commissioned TPHC to conduct research exploring how physical activity could be better used within NHS Talking Therapies to improve mental health outcomes. Our recommendations have gone on to shape future activity of Sport England, who now collaborate and engage strategically with the National NHS England Talking Therapies programme team.
