Digital enablement, maturity and inclusion

TPHC has been integral to the successful roll-out and adoption of digital tools across health and care, increasing the return on investment of these products. We enable the change management required to make these products deliver sustained value for the workforce, patients and residents.  

Our digital enablement service conducts end-to-end deployment of digital tools, from engagement, requirements gathering and business case writing to procurement, clinical safety, information governance, governance, roll-out, communications, training and monitoring impact.
