Cancer waits guidance training has got off to a flying start in 2024 with two sessions delivered in February and further dates scheduled for April.

Cancer waits will continue to be a priority within healthcare and TCST is continuing to offer the training in collaboration with London Cancer Alliances to support accessible standardisation of cancer waits training across the region. 

The training sessions are aimed at, but not limited to, multidisciplinary team coordinators, pathway navigators, service managers, clinicians and cancer alliance colleagues in the London region.

The value of the training is evident in the positive evaluation feedback received after each training session.

• Out of 40 evaluation responses received from the February 2024 training sessions,100% of attendees agreed that the session was helpful to their role and 95% fed back that the delivery was clear and well presented.
• 85% of attendees who completed the evaluation said that they are likely to recommend the training session to a friend or colleague;
• 87% of attendees said that they are likely to attend another one of our training sessions in the future.

The next training sessions are scheduled for the 17 and 30 April 2024.
