Clinical Reference Group (CRG) is a consortium of clinical leads from nine mental health trusts London. The Transformation Partners in Health and Care programme team provides ongoing project management office (PMO) support to CRG.

How we support the CRG

The Transformation Partners in Health and Care programme team meets with the CRG once every two months to discuss ongoing priorities and to update members on progress of our two other workstreams. We also arrange regular roundtable discussions for the CRG to share knowledge, challenges and escalations to the national team. Through the CRG, we understand the dynamically changing priorities of London’s mental health trusts and work to align them with our programme offerings and the national strategy.

Our ambition is to create a new pan London community psychology model through the Clinical Reference Groups.
