Healthcare awards recognition
We were shortlisted among 8 other entries from across the UK and went on to win the ”Connecting Health and Social Care through Digital” in the HSJ Digital Awards 2025 with North Central London Integrated Care Board.
Two of our entries are shortlisted in the HSJ Awards 2025, which attracted more than 1,250 entries from across the health sector:
- Our communications and engagement team is shortlisted for the “NHS Communications Initiative of the Year” award.
- TPHC, working in partnership with North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) and Whittington Health, are shortlisted for the “Reducing Inequalities and Improving Outcomes for Children and Young People” award.



Through our work with our clients and partners, we are helping to improve health and care outcomes for patients and communities.
Results from our work this year include:
Growing London’s social prescribing link worker workforce to support half a million Londoners
Tackling dental inequalities with North Central London Integrated Care Board by creating 71,650 additional dentist appointments across 41 local dental practices
Hepatitis C, HIV and Hepatitis B pilot reaching 100+ people in one of London’s most deprived areas
Enabling 91% of care homes and 60% of home care providers in north west London to be digitally safe and secure
Launching the first nationwide Population Mental Health Consortium and securing £7million funding for population-based improvements in mental health through a Kings College London and Thrive LDN partnership
Saving over 1,244 hours – equivalent to 155 working days – for the north central London kidney disease referrals team
