Workforce Integration Network (WIN)
WIN works with employers, industry bodies and public authorities to improve pathways for under-represented groups in the workplace to access and progress in good work.
The network focuses on tackling labour market inequalities for groups identified as among the most under-represented in key London industries. These are:
- black Londoners; and
- women of Pakistani and Bangladeshi heritage.
WIN provides a range of interventions and tools to support employers to address labour market inequalities. The WIN Design Lab is an intensive 10-month innovation and co-design programme for employers in six key industries to devise and test solutions to EDI challenges.
WIN has also recently published Inclusive Employer Toolkits, including for the NHS.
Strategic framework pillar: good practice of Anchor Institutions.
