Race Equality Foundation: addressing high blood pressure in black communities

Black communities are at higher risk of developing high blood pressure. We led on two interventions:

• implementing a community engagement programme to raise awareness and undertake blood pressure testing with black African and Caribbean men in 2019.
• a nurse led motivational tool to help black communities make shared decisions on how to manage their blood pressure in 2023.
